The boat was scheduled to come out yesterday, but due to the winds the marina cancelled.
Since she hasnt been used in exactly one month I decided last minute to put a crew together and try for togs.
John from my marina was a quick yes and as I was debating calling DonP (he already told me had family obligations) when my cell rings and it is him asking if I want to go!
He becomes my second crew member and we have our crew!We meet at the boat at about 10:45
Put a little gas in and we are off steaming down the Thames River to the fishing grounds by 11:00am.What a nice day on the water, we anchored in front of ocean beach with one other boat, it wasnt long until there was a half dozen of us there.
One hour and fifteen minutes we have out limit, with some really nice ones mixed in!
